Scope — Styling includes selection, delivery, placement and removal of hired items only (unless otherwise stated). Building works, repairs, painting, or cleaning are excluded.
Access & Timing — Client must provide clear access, parking/permits, electricity, and a clean, safe site. Missed or delayed access may incur a call-out or wait fee.
Hire Items — All furniture, art and décor remain our property. Standard hire term is 4 weeks (or as quoted). Extensions are billed weekly until collection.
Care & Risk — Client is responsible for the security and reasonable care of all items while onsite. Loss, damage, theft, stains or pests are chargeable at repair or replacement value.
Photography — We may photograph styled spaces for portfolio/marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before install.
Changes & Variations — Changes after acceptance (style, inventory, dates, access) may affect fees and timelines. We may substitute equivalent items if a product is unavailable.
0–2 days or on arrival: 60% of styling fee plus any delivery costs.
Payment — 50% deposit to book dates; balance due 48 hours before install. Late payment may delay install and attract late fees.
Install & Removal — Client (or agent) must be present at install and collection. Items must be ready for collection (decluttered, accessible). Additional visits may be chargeable.
Liability — We take care to avoid damage but are not liable for pre-existing issues, normal wear, or indirect loss (e.g., loss of sale). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
